大四作为大学生学业冲刺、步入社会的关键期,经抽样调查320名学生发现,这个阶段的学生的心理特征为:焦虑、迷茫、脆弱,尤其是学习积极性不高。如何帮助学生度过关键期,摒弃原来的随波逐流的教学思想值得深入探讨。本文提出以服务学生为中心的讨论式教学方法改革,从意识上树立平等观念,在教学过程中了解学生的疑虑和感兴趣的有益话题,结合课本内容寻找契合点,提升学生学习积极性和参与度。通过实验结果调研发现有一定成效,值得财经类相关课程进行尝试。
