将邻溴苯甲酸甲酯制成 格氏试 剂后与 醛类反 应，以“一 锅法”合成了 ４ 种（±）３烷基 苯酞。产物经 Ｉ Ｒ，１ Ｈ Ｎ Ｍ Ｒ 和 Ｍ Ｓ 确证为目标产物。
Grignard reagent was made from orthobromobenzoate and reacted with aldehydes to synthesize four kinds of (±) 3-alkylphthalides by “one-pot method”. The product was confirmed to be the target product by IR, 1HNMR and MS.
