四、流动床催化裂化裝置主要设备的构造 (一) 反应器:反应器是使原料在其中进行裂化反应的設备,构造见图4。一般可分为五个区域,第一区在頂部,再生后催化剂經过分配錐体和延伸管2均匀流入第二区——反应区。在每次停工时根据下一次开工所需要反应空間的大小,更換延伸管的长度,延伸管加长則反应空间減小。在反应区內油气与催化剂接触进行反应,反应后产品进入第三区——油气分离区。油气分离裝置是由几个帽罩组成的,帽罩下面的管上有小孔(如图4),催化剂由罩外面流入第四区——汽提区,而油气由小孔进入管內,到花板下面的收集室4出反应器。
