在中国教育改革取得巨大成功的同时,也不可否认地散发着滞后的气息:作为有着13亿人口,五千年历史的文明古国,居然没产生过一位真正意义上的诺贝尔奖获得者;许多条件并不艰苦,基本普及九年义务教育的地区学生辍学率却居高不下;小孩从进小学邢天起就接受“爱国守法、明理诚信”教育,稍大一点回报社会的却是诚信危机;重知识、轻能力,重智育、轻德育,高分低能的教育现象非常普遍……
