本文采用浸渍法与交换法将Ni负载在各种载体上,获得一系列Ni/ZSM-5沸石催化剂,通过环己烷脱氢反应活性和选择性的探讨。初步认为,在Ni/ZSM-5沸石催化剂上,环己烷脱氢可能是正向氢溢出机制,环己烷吸附活化中心属镍原子或镍原子簇,载体的阳离子与其邻近氧可能是氢的受体中心,反应选择性主要与载体性质有关。在交换型NiHZSM-5沸石上,环己烷脱氢生成苯的收率较高。
In this paper, Ni is supported on various supports by impregnation method and exchange method, and a series of Ni / ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts are obtained. The activity and selectivity of cyclohexane dehydrogenation are discussed. It is preliminarily believed that cyclohexane dehydrogenation may be a positive hydrogen spillover mechanism on the Ni / ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst. The activation center of cyclohexane adsorption is a nickel atom or a nickel atom cluster. The cation of the carrier and its adjacent oxygen may be affected by hydrogen Body center, reaction selectivity mainly related to the nature of the carrier. On the exchangeable NiHZSM-5 zeolite, the yield of cyclohexane to benzene is higher.
