广西大厂和湖南香花岭矿粉用作研究个旧云锡矿粉诱变和诱癌可能性的对比矿样。广西大厂矿粉分为马路综合样,长坡处理综合样,巴里综合样和大厂综合样四种。湖南香花岭矿粉分为:香_1、香_2、香_3三种。大鼠经气管插入全肺灌注上述矿粉后于不同时间进行细胞学制片,观察骨髓细胞和肺巨噬细胞的染色体损伤,结果表明:广西大厂和湖南香花岭两个对比矿矿粉和个旧云锡矿粉相类似,均可诱发大鼠骨髓和肺巨噬细胞的微核率、核碎解率和染色体畸变率增高,尤以早期的损伤更明显,当然与个旧云锡的矿粉相比,其诱变活性相对比低。
