本文提出一个黑白数字活动图象的预测压缩方案,采用f_q=(284-1/2)fH抽样频率和自适应预测技术。计算结果指出,输出平均码率为14Mbits/S时可以在荧光屏上获得较为满意的图象。
In this paper, a predictive compression scheme for moving black and white digital images is proposed, using f_q = (284-1 / 2) fH sampling frequency and adaptive prediction technique. The calculation results show that the output of the average bit rate of 14Mbits / S can get more satisfactory images on the screen.
