过去的畸变研究往往只注意从气动响应方面来评价畸变的可接受性,本文与此不同,着重从力学响应方面来评价进气畸变的可接受性。本文提出的方法可计算任意稳态畸变作用在叶片上的强迫激振力、以及由其引起的共振响应。此方法基于畸变引起叶片振动的严重程度取决于其输入到叶栅能量的大小。文中讨论并改进了一种直接与叶片振动相关连的畸变指数(DEIV),该指数是用激振力的付氏系数表示的。并提出了用畸变容限指标[DEIV]许直接分析畸变特征、评定畸变的可接受性。最后,还对一实例进行了验算,并与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明:由本文所提出的计算公式算得的结果是满意的,在合理范围之内。
In the past, the distortion research often only paid attention to assessing the acceptability of distortion from the aerodynamic response. In this paper, we will focus on evaluating the acceptability of intake distortion from the mechanical response. The method proposed in this paper can calculate the forced excitation force of arbitrary steady-state distortion on the blade and the resonance response caused by it. The method based on the severity of the blade vibration caused by the distortion depends on the amount of energy input to the cascade. In the paper, a distortion index (DEIV) directly related to blade vibration is discussed and improved, which is expressed in terms of Fu’s coefficient of excitation force. It is also proposed to directly analyze the distortion characteristics by using the distortion tolerance index [DEIV] to evaluate the acceptability of distortion. Finally, an example is also checked and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the results calculated by the calculation formula presented in this paper are satisfactory and within a reasonable range.
