1 definition When the eye gazes on a fixed object, the eye’s adjustment is not fixed. It is constantly changing around an average accommodative power, which we call accommodation microfluctuations. Its amplitude does not generally exceed 0.25D and diminishes with age [1]. The vibration of this regulation was first proposed by Collins in 1937 and has since been studied by many scientists. Adjusting the behavior of the micro-wave is not arbitrary: it shows that it consists of low frequency fluctuations (LFCs *) and high frequency fluctuations (HFCs *). Most scientists have recognized objectively that the regulation of microwave movement plays an important role in the regulation of the eye.
