服务,在通信这个发展迅猛、竞争激烈的行业里,受到运营商、制造商和增值业务提供商越来越广泛的关注。不少通信企业都将2006年定为“服务年”,通过转型提升服务质量,通过服务提升企业品牌。2006年4月6日,“新一代企业通信服务高峰论坛”在京召开,来自国务院信息化工作办公室、信息产业部、中国互联网协会等部门的领导以及来自中国国际公共关系协会、北京邮电大学、中国社会科学院新闻与传播研究所、中国社会科学院信息化研究中心等机构的专家,就新一代企业通信服务的相关热点话题进行了广泛而深入的探讨。
