目的:探索EMIT法检测万古霉素药物浓度的动态飘逸校正系数。方法:以新配的20μg·ml~(-1)万古霉素标准水溶液为质控样品,用德国西门子全自动生化仪,分别在试剂盒的第46和102次测试时做质控检测,进行质控检测浓度动态飘逸指数函数的推拟。结果:获得了动态飘逸系数:k=(1+0.000 50×n~(0.570 76))~n,动态飘逸校正系数:k′=1/[(1+0.000 50×n~(0.570 76))~n],用第1、9、19、61、87和112次质控样品检测浓度验证计算,相对误差在±5%以内。结论:推拟得到的动态飘逸校正系数可用于万古霉素质控检测浓度的动态校正,有利于万古霉素血药浓度的准确检测,可减少对万古霉素检测系统不定期定标或质控产生的试剂浪费。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the dynamic flutter correction factor for detecting the concentration of vancomycin by EMIT. Methods: The new 20μg · ml -1 vancomycin standard aqueous solution was used as a quality control sample. The quality control tests were carried out on the 46th and 102th tests of the kit respectively with the German Siemens automatic biochemical analyzer. Estimation of Dynamic Fluctuation Index Function of Quality Control Test Concentration. Conclusion: The proposed dynamic evapotranspiration correction coefficient can be used for the dynamic calibration of vancomycin quality control concentration, which is beneficial to the accurate detection of vancomycin plasma concentration, which can reduce the occasional calibration or quality control of vancomycin detection system Reagents generated waste.
