目的了解济南市某二级医院内镜清洗消毒质量,为医院感染控制提供依据。方法现场抽取消毒后使用前的内镜,按GB 15982-2012《内镜清洗消毒技术规范及消毒技术规范》的要求,检测内镜内腔冲洗液细菌菌落总数。结果2010~2016年共采样123份,总合格率62.60%。年度合格率分别为25.00%、50.00%、62.50%、65.00%、35.29%、100.00%、100.00%(P<0.01)。胃镜的合格率为70.97%,肠镜为30.77%,支气管镜为95.45%。酸化水消毒内镜的合格率为48.31%,邻苯二甲醛为100.00%。结论济南市某二级医院内镜用酸化电位水消毒时,合格率低,改用邻苯二甲醛消毒后,合格率高。
Objective To understand the quality of endoscope cleaning and disinfection in a second-class hospital in Jinan and to provide evidence for the control of nosocomial infection. Methods The endoscope before disinfection was extracted on site and the total number of bacterial colonies in endoscopic irrigating solution was tested according to the requirements of GB 15982-2012 Endoscope Cleaning and Sterilization Technical Specifications and Sterilization Technical Specifications. Results A total of 123 samples were collected from 2010 to 2016, with a total pass rate of 62.60%. The annual pass rates were 25.00%, 50.00%, 62.50%, 65.00%, 35.29%, 100.00% and 100.00%, respectively (P <0.01). Gastroscope qualified rate was 70.97%, colonoscopy was 30.77%, bronchoscopy was 95.45%. Acidified water disinfection endoscopy qualified rate was 48.31%, phthalaldehyde was 100.00%. Conclusions When a secondary hospital in Jinan City was disinfected with acidified potential water, the pass rate was low, and the use of ortho-phthalaldehyde instead of disinfection led to a high pass rate.
