对铜基形状记忆合金管接头的特性作了研究。实验结果表明:铜基记忆合金管接头内径在适当的冷态扩孔度下具有较高的单向恢复率,并且薄壁管接头比厚壁的有更大的恢复率。该管接头在冷态扩孔后经10次左右的冷热循环。使冷态和热态时其内径尺寸分别达到稳定值,它们的差值以薄壁管接头的较大。在冷态扩孔后轻松的插入两段钢管,当马氏体逆转变后管接头紧紧抱住钢管。其抱紧力随它们之间的过盈量增加而增加;同时该管接组件具有良好的气密性。
The properties of copper-based shape memory alloy pipe fittings were studied. The experimental results show that the inner diameter of the copper-based memory alloy joint has a higher one-way recovery rate under suitable cold expanding degree, and the thin-walled pipe joint has a greater recovery rate than the thick one. The pipe joint after cold expansion after about 10 cycles of hot and cold. So that the inner diameter of the cold and hot state, respectively, the size reached a stable value, the difference between the larger thin-walled pipe joints. After cold reaming, it is easy to insert two sections of steel pipe. When the martensitic transformation is reversed, the pipe joint tightly hugs the steel pipe. The clamping force increases with the increase of the interference between them; at the same time the pipe fitting has a good air tightness.
