盛装液化石油气的槽车经用户使用一段时间后,曾数次发生安全阀弹簧断裂事故。本文借助于扫描电镜,X—射线结构分析仪等分析手段,观察了断裂弹簧的显微组织及断口形貌,分析了腐蚀产物的化学成分和结构。结果查明,弹簧的断裂是由于液化石油气中含有 H_2S 和 H_2O 所引起的硫化氢腐蚀开裂所造成的。对弹簧表面进行了防护处理,尤以Cu—Ni—Cr 复合镀层的弹簧抗硫化氢腐蚀开裂的性能最佳。本文还讨论了弹簧改进设计,降低硬度等改进措施。
Tanks containing liquefied petroleum gas have been cracked several times by spring users after some time of use. In this paper, by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray structure analyzer and other means of analysis, the fracture microstructure and fracture morphology was observed, the chemical composition and structure of the corrosion products were analyzed. The results show that the spring fracture is caused by hydrogen sulfide corrosion cracking caused by the presence of H 2 S and H 2 O in liquefied petroleum gas. The spring surface of the protective treatment, especially the Cu-Ni-Cr composite coating spring hydrogen sulfide corrosion cracking the best performance. This article also discusses the improved design of the spring to reduce the hardness and other improvements.
