利用沉淀法白炭黑生产工艺,在相同的条件下,利用复合改性剂对白炭黑进行湿法改性,采用Fourier红外光谱分析、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、HG/T 3062—2008标准测定吸油值对白炭黑的结构和改性效果进行表征。结果表明:采用双改性剂效果不佳,3种改性剂并用性能较好,非晶态更加明显,颗粒分布均匀,且呈球状,可以清晰的看见单独颗粒。
Precipitation method was used to produce silica. Under the same conditions, silica was modified by wet method with compound modifier.
