目的:了解大鼠胃肠道胃泌素(gastrin,G)细胞和促肾上腺皮质激素免疫反应性(adrenocorticotrophichormoneimmunoreactivity,ACTHTR)细胞年龄变化特点及胃肠道与脑垂体ACTHIR细胞年龄变化的关系。方法:应用PAP免疫组织化学方法和胶金免疫电镜技术。结果:18个月大鼠胃窦G细胞及十二指肠和脑垂体ACTHIR细胞数量均分别显著低于其它组(P<005;P<001)。25个月大鼠十二指肠ACTHIR和胃窦G细胞数量为最高值,脑垂体ACTHIR细胞数量最高值为35天大鼠。此外,在胶金免疫电镜下,可见十二指肠杯状细胞内含有胶金颗粒。结论:大鼠十二指肠和脑垂体ACTHIR细胞及胃窦G细胞数量均有明显的年龄变化;胃肠道G细胞与ACTHIR细胞数量随年龄变化是一致的,而胃肠道与脑垂体ACTHIR细胞数量与年龄变化却不相一致;胃肠道的一些杯状细胞可能有分泌ACTHIR物质的功能。

The numbers of G-cells and ACTH-IR cells in gastrointestinal tract are consistent with the changes of age, And the number of pituitary ACTH IR cells and age changes are not consistent; some goblet cells in the gastrointestinal tract may have the function of secretion of ACTH IR material.
