论述了热障涂层制备方法,如等离子喷涂(PS)、电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)、化学气相沉积(CVD)和电泳沉积(EPD)的方法原理和优缺点。并介绍了影响电泳沉积制备涂层质量和厚度的主要影响因素:悬浮液、外加电压和沉积时间。对比这几种制备方法,发现电化学气相沉积(CVD)和电泳沉积具有更大的发展潜力,尤其是电泳沉积拥有设备便宜、工艺简单,还可对复杂工件表面进行沉积等的优点。
The methods, such as plasma spraying (PS), electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and electrophoretic deposition (EPD) The main influencing factors affecting the quality and thickness of the coatings prepared by electrophoretic deposition are introduced: suspension, applied voltage and deposition time. Comparing these kinds of preparation methods, we find that electrochemical vapor deposition (CVD) and electrophoretic deposition have more potential for development. Especially electrophoretic deposition has the advantages of cheap equipment, simple process, and the deposition of complex workpiece surface.
