为适应我厂自动化生产线和冷挤压生产的需要,我们制造了化学气相沉积TiN装置。先后经过40炉次试验,证明该装置结构简单,操作方便,在500～1150℃范围内能准确地控制温度。每炉可生产20～30公斤,一年可生产5吨以上。并进行了机械夹固硬质合金涂层刀片的金属切削试验,平均提高使用寿命2～4倍,深受使用者欢迎。 在这项研究工作中,曾得到自贡硬质合金厂等方面的帮助。
In order to meet the needs of our factory automated production line and cold extrusion production, we have manufactured the chemical vapor deposition TiN device.
