目的 探讨适合于后房型人工晶状体植入的最大后囊膜破损量。 方法 对 2 2例外伤性白内障和 18例老年性白内障行现代囊外摘出术 ,在后囊部分缺损情况下 ,以残留的前后囊膜作支撑 ,一期植入后房型人工晶状体。 结果 随访 6~ 2 0个月 ,未发现 1例人工晶状体脱位 ,视力恢复满意。 结论 在后囊缺损面积 <1/2时 ,良好的显微操作仍可植入后房型人工晶状体。
Objective To investigate the maximum amount of posterior capsular damage suitable for posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods A total of 22 cases of traumatic cataracts and 18 cases of senile cataract were treated by extracapsular cataract extraction. In the case of partial posterior capsule defect, the residual anterior and posterior capsule was used as the support, and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed in one stage. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 ~ 20 months. One case of intraocular lens dislocation was not found and the visual acuity was restored satisfactorily. Conclusion In the posterior capsule defect area <1/2, good micro-operation can still be implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens.
