注水制漏技术是处置液化烃储罐底部泄漏事故一种很有效的方法,但前提条件必须是方法正确合理。文章通过对注水制漏技术应用现状及原因的分析,提出在现有技术条件下,注水制漏技术可应用的类型归纳起来有4种:消火栓注水法、消防车注水法、增压泵注水法、固定水泵注水法。这4种方法的应用原则是以注水压力大于储罐内压0.5 MPa为前提条件综合考虑;同时提出注水设施的设置、安装、维护与管理等技术要求。
Water injection technology is the leakage of liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank bottom leakage accident is a very effective method, but the prerequisite must be the method is correct and reasonable. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the reasons of the application of water injection and leakage technology, the paper puts forward four kinds of application methods of water injection and leakage technology under the existing technical conditions: fire hydrant water injection method, fire engine water injection method, booster pump water injection method , Fixed pump water method. The application of these four methods is based on the premise that the water injection pressure is greater than 0.5 MPa of the internal pressure of the storage tank. The technical requirements of installation, installation, maintenance and management of water injection facilities are also proposed.
