医药营销专业是高等中医药院校第二大非医药专业。作为中医药复合型专业,其建设和发展还存在一些问题。本文尝试从中医药营销人才应当具备的基本素养的角度寻找优化中医药营销人才培养的可行方案。中医药营销人才应当具备基本职业素养、中医药知识、营销专业知识技能和基本管理知识和技能。高等中医药院校中医药营销复合型人才培养可以基于中医药营销人才的基本素质需求加强专业思想教育、优化职业素养课程和中医药知识课程、增加中医医疗服务营销相关课程。
Medical Marketing is the second largest non-medical major in Chinese medicine colleges. As a compound specialty of traditional Chinese medicine, there are still some problems in its construction and development. This article tries to find a feasible solution to optimize TCM marketing talents from the perspective of the basic qualities that TCM marketing professionals should have. Chinese medicine marketing personnel should have the basic professionalism, Chinese medicine knowledge, marketing professional knowledge and skills and basic management knowledge and skills. Based on the basic quality requirements of Chinese medicine marketing professionals, the training of compound talents for Chinese medicine marketing in higher TCM schools can strengthen professional ideological education, optimize occupational literacy courses and Chinese medicine knowledge courses, and increase relevant courses in TCM medical service marketing.
