多孔混凝土作为新型的排水基层材料,抗冻性是其耐久性的重要体现。文章针对多孔混凝土自身的结构特点及工作状态,采用快冻法,使冻融循环次数分别为25、50、75次和100次进行4种级配多孔混凝土的抗冻性试验,并采用耐冻系数作为评价多孔混凝土抗冻性的指标。结果表明,级配1与级配4,级配2与级配3具有类似的抗冻性,前者冻融循环50次后耐冻系数约为40%,后者冻融循环100次后耐冻系数仍大于70%,且耐冻系数分别随着冻融循环次数的增加而降低。可见,对于北方冰冻地区,宜采用级配2或级配3多孔混凝土。
Porous concrete as a new drainage base material, frost resistance is an important manifestation of its durability. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics and working status of porous concrete, the freeze-thaw method is adopted to test the frost resistance of four kinds of porous concrete with 25, 50, 75 times and 100 times respectively. Coefficient as a measure of frost resistance of porous concrete indicators. The results showed that grading 1 and grading 4, grading 2 and grading 3 have similar frost resistance, the former freeze-thaw cycle after 50 times the freezing resistance coefficient of about 40%, the latter freeze-thaw cycle after 100 freeze-thaw The coefficient is still greater than 70%, and the freezing resistance coefficient decreases with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles respectively. Visible, for the northern frozen areas, should be used graded 2 or graded 3 porous concrete.
