It is known that 320nm UV light can induce photosensitivity in patients with SLE, and in recent years, animal and human experimental studies have confirmed that UVA1 (340nm ~ 400nm) can effectively treat SLE. The NZW NZBF1 hybrid SLE mouse model was used. The light source was black light (mainly UVA). The mice in the irradiation group were treated with small doses (35kJ m2) for 32 weeks.
