1台发电机组上配置了1台新的6135型柴油机。该柴油机冷态机油压力为0.4MPa,但是温度上升到40℃时机油压力仅有0.1MPa,由此导致该发电机组不能正常工作。该故障排查过程如下:首先对机油滤清器处的调压阀进行调整,试机后无效,更换机油滤清器总成及调压阀仍无效;其次拆下油底壳,捡查机油泵接口,并更换1个新机油泵,故障依旧;最后对该柴油机进行仔细捡查,发现曲轴轴向间隙为2mm,比技术规范0.13～0.37mm大了许多,由此初步判定机油压
