多头小直径深层搅拌桩是利用水泥和砂浆作固化剂,通过机械在地基深处就地将软土和固化剂强制搅拌,由固化剂和软土之间产生一系列的物理化学反应硬结形成具有整体性、水稳定性和较高强度的水泥加固体——水泥土截渗墙,以此作为隔断地下水连续通道的工程施工技术。河南省水利第二工程局承接的河南省固始县临淮岗淹没影响处理工程第四期一标段截渗墙工程,就是利用该项施工技术较好地解决了地下水渗透问题。施工机械采用 PH—5F 多钻头深层搅拌桩机,配备 NJ-5.6/1.5挤压式混凝土泥浆泵、NJ-600型水泥搅拌机和多级清水泵。其主要施工过程及注意的问题如下:
