2007年,我县针对农村学校学生人数锐减,教师老龄化严重,教育资源不均衡、教学质量难提高等问题,实施了以“三归集、三分离”为目标的教育布局调整。我校也成了一所重新归集起来的农村寄宿制小学。为巩固“两基”成果,推进义务教育均衡发展,办人民满意的教育,我校以校本培训为平台,在探索教学模式,打造有效课堂,在有效提升教师综合素质上下工夫,并取得了一定的成效。
In 2007, in order to reduce the number of students in rural schools, serious teacher aging, educational resources are not balanced, teaching quality is difficult to raise and other issues, the implementation of the “three sets, three separate” as the goal of education layout adjustment. Our school has also become a regrouped rural boarding primary school.
