八十年代的上海新建筑使凝固了几十年的大上海轮廓线重又流动起来。由于上海的特定历史原因,其城市环境与中国传统背景是异质的,建筑师在这道裂缝中进行着不同层次的探索。一、中国现代派建筑的局限近十年来上海已建和在建的高层建筑多达几百幢,总建筑面积超过一千万平方米。新建住宅面积从1979年以来,相当于此前29年的1倍,这些住宅以6层居多,10层以上的高层公寓配建在曲阳、长白等新住宅区内。上海新建筑总体是国际式的,许多宾馆是由外资投资(合资或独资)兴建,华亭喜来登宾馆
Shanghai’s new buildings in the 1980s have re-emerged in the outline of Shanghai, which has been solidifying for decades. Due to the specific historical reasons of Shanghai, its urban environment and Chinese traditional background are heterogeneous, and architects are exploring different levels in this crack. I. Limitations of Modernist Architecture in China In the past decade, there have been as many as 100 high-rise buildings that have been built and under construction in Shanghai, with a total construction area of more than 10 million square meters. Since 1979, the area of newly-built houses has doubled as compared with 29 times in the previous 29 years.
