车用润滑油在使用过程中因老化变质,表现为酸值升高、颜色变深、粘度降低,并导致失去润滑作用而失效。在对车用废润滑油的再生处理过程中,应用催化酯化法对其进行脱酸处理,可有效降低其酸值。研究结果表明:在醇(乙二醇)油质量比为0.003,反应温度200℃,反应时间60 min,剂油质量比为0.005的条件下,可使油样的酸值由0.33 mgKOH/g降至0.03 mgKOH/g,脱酸处理后的润滑油,再经絮凝和白土精制处理后,各项理化指标均得到改善,基本接近HVI型润滑油基础油的质量标准,从而为车用废润滑油的资源化利用开辟一条新途径。
Automotive lubricants in the course of aging deterioration, manifested as acid value, color darker, lower viscosity, and lead to loss of lubrication and failure. In the process of regeneration of used lubricating oil for vehicles, deacidification by catalytic esterification can effectively reduce its acid value. The results showed that the acid value of the oil sample decreased from 0.33 mgKOH / g under the condition of the mass ratio of alcohol (ethylene glycol) of 0.003, the reaction temperature of 200 ℃, the reaction time of 60 min and the oil mass ratio of 0.005.
