目的调查分析边远少数民族地区中学生对艾滋病患者的态度与行为情况,为艾滋病患者创造宽容的生活环境提供科学依据。方法对23所初中(三年级)、1所职中与3所高中的一、二、三年级分别随机抽取1个班的学生进行问卷调查。结果调查的1 564名学生中,男生742人,女生822人,年龄13~22岁,平均年龄16.43岁;高中(职中)生550人(35.17%),初中生1 014人(64.83%);汉族学生116人(7.42%),少数民族学生1 448人(92.58%);56.33%的少数民族地区中学生回答与艾滋病病毒感染者一起学习或工作可能会感染艾滋病,78.64%的中学生回答不愿意与艾滋病感染者一起学习或工作,超过50%的中学生排斥艾滋病患者,63%的中学生认为艾滋病患者不可以当老师,44.44%的中学生知道同学的父母是艾滋病患者后不与从前一样和蔼相处,93.55%的中学生认为艾滋病患者需要社会给予关怀与救助。结论艾滋病患者生存环境不理想,难以像正确人一样学习或工作,让社会能容纳艾滋病患者任重而道远。
Objective To investigate and analyze the attitude and behavior of middle school students in remote ethnic areas to AIDS patients so as to provide a scientific basis for creating a tolerant living environment for AIDS patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 23 middle school (third grade), one middle school and one, two and third grade of three senior high schools randomly selected one class respectively. Results Among the 1 564 students surveyed, 742 were boys and 822 were girls, aged from 13 to 22 years, with an average age of 16.43 years; 550 (35.17%) were high school students and 1 014 (64.83%) junior high school students ; 116 (7.42%) were Han students and 1 448 (92.58%) were ethnic minority students; 56.33% of middle school students in ethnic minority areas responded to HIV / AIDS infection by studying or working with HIV-infected persons; 78.64% of middle school students answered unwillingly More than 50% of middle school students reject AIDS patients, 63% of middle school students think that AIDS patients can not be teachers, 44.44% of middle school students know that their classmates’ parents are AIDS patients, and are not as amiable as before. 93.55 % Of middle school students think AIDS patients need social care and assistance. Conclusion The living environment of AIDS patients is not ideal, it is difficult to learn or work as the correct person, so that society can accommodate AIDS patients a long way to go.
