Allen 指出胃液粘度(GV)增高可因巨分子糖蛋白(MG)浓度增高而增高,并假设GV 可能与消化性溃疡的状态相关。作者对消化性溃疡进行GV 测定,并用已糖作等量MG 的指标测定胃液MG,以确定GV 能否作为胃防御机能的一种指标。资料和方法:1.预备项目:粘度测定用锥形金属粘度计(cone plate viscometer)。胃液制备分5组:A组为未处理的全层胃液;B 组为混匀来处理全层胃液;C 组为经3000转/min 离心10分钟的上清液;D 组为在4℃贮藏24小时的上清液;E 组即用C 组的上清液
Allen pointed out that the increase of gastric juice viscosity (GV) may be due to the increase of macromolecular glycoprotein (MG) concentration, and that GV may be related to the state of peptic ulcer.
