在把全部经济工作转到以提高经济效益为中心的轨道上来的今天,重温毛泽东同志关于经济核算的一些论述,倍感亲切。毛泽东同志这些论述的许多基本原理、原则和方法,对我们当前的现代化建设,都具有重要的指导意义。学习毛泽东同志关于经济核算制的论述,正确处理企业同各方面的经济关系毛泽东同志在《经济问题和财政问题》这部重要的经济著作中,针对抗日战争时期老根据地公营企业实行供给制的状况,提出了“建立经济核算制,克服各企业内部混乱状态”①
