目的以往研究的基础上进一步探讨云南省微红纤恙螨的分布规律。方法根据2001-2015年对云南省34个调查地点的现场调查资料,统计和比较微红纤恙螨在不同地域、地理景观、生境和宿主体表的分布比例及感染状况(包括感染率、平均多度和感染度),比较该螨在不同性别宿主感染的差异性。用协调系数测定微红纤恙螨与地里纤恙螨的种间关系,用聚块指数(m*/m)测定微红纤恙螨在宿主动物不同个体间的空间分布。结果共调查的34个点,仅8个调查点采集到微红纤恙螨706只,占全部恙螨的0.55%(705/127460),89.08%的微红纤恙螨采自位于云南省南部的西双版纳地区,特别是位于江河沿岸的低纬度、低海拔、气候炎热和潮湿的河谷坝区。705只微红纤恙螨宿主分布为3目5科7属8种,宿主特异性较低,主要宿主为黄胸鼠等。该螨在宿主的不同个体间分布不均匀,呈聚集性。该螨与其近缘种地里纤恙螨之间存在一定的正协调关系(V=0.57,P<0.01)。结论云南省有微红纤恙螨的分布,但不是主要螨种。该恙螨主要分布在炎热、潮湿的低纬度、低海拔河谷坝区室外生境。其宿主特异性低,主要倾向于寄生在黄胸鼠等宿主,且呈聚集性。
Objective Based on previous studies, the distribution of chigger mites in Yunnan Province was further explored. Methods Based on the field survey data of 34 surveyed sites in Yunnan Province from 2001 to 2015, the distribution proportion and infection status (including infection rate, mean Degree of polygamy and degree of infection) were compared, and the differences in infection of the mite in different sexes were compared. The coordination coefficient was used to determine the interspecific relationship between chigger mites and chigger mites, and the agglomeration index (m * / m) was used to determine the spatial distribution of chigger mites in different host animals. Results A total of 706 sites were collected from only 34 survey sites at a total of 8 sites, accounting for 0.55% (705/127460) of all chigger mites. 89.08% of them were collected from the southern part of Yunnan Province Xishuangbanna region, especially in the lower reaches of rivers and lakes, low altitude, hot and humid climate dam area. There were 8 705 species, 7 genera and 5 genera in 3 families, belonging to 7 families. The host specificity was low, and the main host was Rattus flavipectus. The mite in the host of different individuals distributed unevenly, was aggregated. There was a positive correlation between the mite and chigger mite (V = 0.57, P <0.01). Conclusions The distribution of red mite chigger mites in Yunnan Province is not the main mite species. The chigger mites are mainly distributed in the hot and humid low latitudes and low altitude valleys outside the dam habitat. Its host specificity is low, the main tended to parasitism in the host such as Rattus flavipectus, and was aggregated.
