对影响铝/钢复合管冷轧开裂的因素进行了研究,从轧制的加工率、送进量及润滑剂三方面对复合管开裂的影响进行了分析。在润滑剂确定的情况下,导致轧制开裂的主要因素有两个:管材的相对壁厚越薄,越易开裂;管材的外径小于轧辊直径,管材容易开裂。选择合适的润滑剂和送进量,可以避免轧制开裂。
The factors influencing the cold rolling cracking of aluminum / steel composite pipe were studied. The influence of cracking rate on the cracking of the composite pipe was analyzed from three aspects of the processing rate, feed rate and lubricant. In the case of the lubricant is determined, there are two main factors leading to the cracking of the rolling: the thinner the relative wall thickness of the pipe, the easier it is to crack; the outer diameter of the pipe is smaller than the diameter of the roller, and the pipe is apt to crack. Choose the right amount of lubricant and feed, to avoid rolling cracking.
