由于燃气快速热水器具有使用方便、节能、经济等特点,正逐步进入千家万户。热水器虽然有它独特的优点,但如果安装和使用不当,也会给消费者带来意外的麻烦。笔者在此举两例热水器出现的滞后熄火故障实例。第一例:一用户刚装一台热水器,不到半月,发现过热保护已经烧坏。经分析,认为是水气联动装置失灵,打开水气连动阀和压差平衡器,发现压差平衡器右膜腔内有三、四粒黄豆大小的石块,其中有粒最大的卡在弹簧中,使弹簧不能压缩到位,从而导致当使用者关闭热水器出水阀时,水气连动
Because gas water heaters are easy to use, energy-saving, and economical, they are gradually entering every home. Although the water heater has its unique advantages, it can cause unexpected trouble for consumers if it is improperly installed and used. The author here quotes two examples of late failures in water heaters. The first case: A user just installed a water heater and in less than half a month, he discovered that the overheat protection had been burned out. After analysis, it was considered that the water-gas linkage device failed, and the water-gas linkage valve and the differential pressure balancer were opened. It was found that there were three or four soybean-sized stones in the right membrane chamber of the differential pressure balancer, among which the largest one was stuck in the spring. In the middle, the spring cannot be compressed into place, resulting in water and gas linkage when the user turns off the water heater outlet valve.
