目的了解“85210”模式介入对学生健康体重知识、态度、饮食习惯与身体活动的影响。方法用单一组别前后测设计,对64位苗栗县溪洲小学四至六年级学生,从健康促进学校6大面向介入,倡导“85210”模式:每天睡足8h、天天5蔬果、4电(手机、电视、电动游戏、电脑)每天不超过2h、1天运动30min及0含糖饮料。介入前(2013年11月)用台湾地区国际认证的健康体重问卷、在线85210七小福计算机问卷前侧;2014年5月后测并进行成效分析。结果研究对象的饮食习惯、身体活动呈现立即改进;心肺体适能施测显示,2014年下学期五年级中等以上占比较前一学年增加10.3个百分点,六年级增加12.0个百分点;肥胖学生体重占比改变不大,过重占比下降4个百分点,适中占比增加4个百分点。结论健康促进学校的推展需学校和家庭共同努力;学生肥胖与饮食有关,家长持续关注才能改善学生体重。
Objective To understand the impact of the “85210” mode intervention on students’ knowledge of body weight, attitude, eating habits and physical activity. Methods A single group before and after the test design, 64 Miaoli County Siu Chau Primary 4-6 students, from the Health Promotion School 6 face intervention, advocate “85210 ” mode: every day to sleep 8h, 5 fruits and vegetables daily, 4 (Mobile phones, TVs, video games, computers) no more than 2h per day, 30 minutes of exercise per day and 0 sugary drinks. Prior to intervention (November 2013), the health weight questionnaire was internationally certified in Taiwan, online 85210 Qianfuxu computer questionnaire front; May 2014 after the test and analysis of the effectiveness. Results The subjects’ eating habits and physical activity showed immediate improvement. The fitness test of cardiopulmonary body showed that in the fifth semester of 2014, the proportion above the middle school level increased by 10.3 percentage points and that of the sixth grade by 12.0 percentage points. The weight of obese students accounted for Less than the change, overweight fell 4 percentage points, a moderate increase of 4 percentage points. Conclusion The promotion of health promotion schools requires that schools and families work together. Students’ obesity is related to diet. Parents’ continuous attention can improve students’ weight.
