随着田径运动的不断发展,田径运动员的经济水平都达到了很高的水平,想要取得优异的成绩极为困难。在运动员竞技水平相差不多的情况下,如何控制紧张情绪从而达到良好的竞技状态以争取更好的成绩已经成为田径领域内一个重要问题。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、观察法对田径运动员产生赛前心理紧张情绪的原因进行分析,根据分析结果提出适当的控制方法使得运动员的心理状态得以改善,从而提高竞技水平。
With the continuous development of track and field, track and field athletes have reached a very high level of economy, in order to obtain excellent results extremely difficult. In the athlete’s athletics level is not much difference under the circumstances, how to control the tension so as to achieve a good competitive state in order to strive for better results has become an important issue in the field of track and field. In this paper, the author analyzes the causes of pre-match psychological tension of track and field athletes through literature review, interview and observation. According to the analysis results, the author puts forward appropriate control methods to improve the athletes’ psychological status and improve the competitive ability.
