尿促性腺激素片段(UGF)为hCG代谢后经尿排出的核心片段,UGF在不同的生理、疾病状态下表达率有所不同,UGF联合CA125、SCCA可应用于卵巢恶性肿瘤、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌、外阴癌的诊断和病情监测。抑制素(INH)和激活素(ACT)都属于性腺蛋白,为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)相关的超家族成员,两者亚单位表达失衡会导致肿瘤的发生。临床监测INH和ACT在卵巢恶性肿瘤、滋养细胞肿瘤、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌的诊断、临床预后有着重要意义。
The urinary gonadotrophin fragment (UGF) is the core fragment of urinary excretion after hCG metabolism. The expression rate of UGF in different physiological and disease states is different. UGF combined with CA125 and SCCA can be used in ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer , Cervical cancer, vulvar cancer diagnosis and disease monitoring. Both inhibin (INH) and activin (ACT) are gonadal proteins that are members of the superfamily of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) -related members. Unbalanced expression of both subunits can lead to tumorigenesis. Clinical monitoring of INH and ACT in ovarian cancer, trophoblastic tumor, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer diagnosis, clinical prognosis is of great significance.
