本文针对工业摄影测量中高温锻件上的反射标志提取方法进行了探讨,提出绿激光投射到锻件上并提取标志中心点的方法,通过摄影采集绿激光标志图像并提取分析,验证此方法相比于用Canny算子和椭圆拟合算法提取所用的时间减少三分之二,与V-STARS摄影测量系统比对后,精度近0.039像素,初步满足了中精度工业摄影测量的要求。
In this paper, the method of extracting the reflection marks from the high temperature forgings in industrial photogrammetry is discussed. The method of projecting the green laser onto the forgings and extracting the center of the marks is proposed. The green laser sign image is acquired by photography and extracted and verified. Compared with V-STARS photogrammetric system, the time taken by Canny operator and ellipse fitting algorithm was reduced by two-thirds, and the precision was nearly 0.039 pixels, which initially met the requirements of medium-precision industrial photogrammetry.
