以穗中48番木瓜为试材,采用正交L8(27)法和盆栽法,研究了壳聚糖、碧护、酵素菌等3种生物农药对番木瓜幼苗环斑病毒和植株生长发育的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖处理对环斑病毒和植株茎叶的生长表现抑制作用;碧护对环斑病毒无抑制作用,但可促进植株茎叶生长;酵素菌会加剧病情发展,抑制株高、茎粗,却促进叶绿素和茎粗/株高(壮苗指数)升高,促进苗壮。碧护和酵素菌与壳聚糖之间有交互作用,抑制了壳聚糖的防病效果;三者复配处理的番木瓜幼苗环斑病毒病病情指数最小,植株生长发育最好,为最佳组合。
Using 48 papaya cultivars in the ear as experimental material, the effects of chitosan, Bi-nu and enzymic bacteria on the growth and development of ringspot virus and plant of papaya seedlings were studied by orthogonal L8 (27) influences.
