家兔应用80%黄磷1ml,烧伤面积7cm×12cm,烧伤30s后立即用2%硫酸铜湿纱布灭火,此模型可造成磷烧伤家兔的急性死亡率为50%,伴血磷升高和肝、肾损害。创面应用赤石脂吸附磷,全身应用录豆汤治疗,可降低血磷,促进尿磷排泄,预防磷中毒,从而降低磷烧伤家兔的急性死亡率。与对照组相比P<0.05。实验证明每克石脂可以吸附0.5g的磷酸。
