笔者在担负生产纺织工业中常用的一种多臂装置油盘对其中一矩形孔翻边加工的工艺进行了探索。尤其对最后一道翻边工序所用的翻边凸模形式进行了大胆尝。实践结果表明,翻边加工的工艺过程设计合理,把翻边凸模头部设计成椭球形有利于提高极限扩孔率,从而也提高了孔的加工极限。翻边成形的矩形孔整齐美观,质量符合技术要求。削减了焊接四周圆角的工序。
I am responsible for the production of a multi-arm device used in the textile industry oil pan on one of the rectangular hole flanging process technology has been explored. In particular, the burring punch used in the last flanging process was audacious. The practice results show that the design of burring process is reasonable, and the head of flanging punch is designed into an ellipsoidal shape, which is helpful to improve the limiting hole expanding rate, and also improve the processing limit of the hole. Flanging the rectangular hole formed neat appearance, quality in line with technical requirements. Cut the fillet around the welding process.
