金属和合金的变形阻力,是压力加工学科的基本问题之一。研究设计变形阻力试验及变形阻力试验机,在我国是一比较新的项目。本文第一部分叙述了变形阻力试验的几种方法,着重介绍了压缩状态下的试验、试验设备和数据的采集及其处理。第二部分是国内外变形阻力试验机的概况。分析了美、英、苏、联邦德国、日本和国内现有几种机型的结构特点和使用性能。对长春试验机研究所1983年研制成功的CJS—65型(配备微型计算机)变形阻力试验机的技术指标和使用性能作了介绍,并发表了试验曲线。图13幅,表2个,参考文献6种。
Metal and alloy deformation resistance, pressure processing is one of the basic issues. Study design deformation resistance test and deformation resistance test machine, is a relatively new project in our country. The first part of this article describes several methods of deformation resistance testing, focusing on the collection of compressed test equipment, test equipment and data and their processing. The second part is the general situation of deformation resistance testing machine at home and abroad. The structural features and serviceability of several models in the United States, Britain, the Soviet Union, the Federal Republic of Germany, Japan and China were analyzed. The technical index and service performance of CJS-65 (with microcomputer) deformation resistance testing machine developed by Changchun Testing Machine Research Institute in 1983 are introduced and the test curves are published.
