将30例行内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）的患者随机分为生长抑素（施他宁）治疗组及使用生理盐水的对照组。结果显示，生长抑素可明显减少ERCP的插管时间，减少ERCP术后疼痛的发生（P＜0．05），亦可明显减少ERCP后血尿淀粉酶波动峰值（P＜0.05）。作者认为，生长抑素可方便插管，降低ERCP术后并发症的发生，可作为一种ERCP检查中有效的预防用药。
Thirty patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) were randomly divided into the somatostatin group and the control group with saline. The results showed that somatostatin could significantly reduce ERCP intubation time, reduce ERCP postoperative pain (P <0.05), but also significantly reduce the peak value of hematuria amylase ERCP (P <0.05). The authors believe that somatostatin can facilitate intubation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of ERCP, ERCP can be used as an effective preventive medication.
