一冶煉方面 1.改进綱錠質量 (1) 在鋼錠中安放冷铁解决大鋼錠的內部疏松。目前正在試驗使用各种冷铁。作过的三种形式如圖1所示,其中a、δ为用鑽有小孔之鋼板焊成,B为用鋼絲網制成,冶鉄总重为鋼錠的2.5%。这三种方式以B为最好,伹現在还在继續研究中。 (2) 真空注錠:目前苏联采用下面几种方法,最大澆到120吨鋼錠,准备今年处理200吨~230吨鋼錠。①鋼錠模放于真空处理室中处理,圖2是澆120吨鋼錠用的真空处理室。真空度为7~12公厘水銀柱。处理120吨鋼錠用了9台真空泵,其中二台PBH-30型
