研究泡利芬铁对合格成年缺铁性贫血(IDA) 大鼠全血铁恢复作用及其铁的相对生物利用率的影响。实验用合格成年Wistar 大鼠随机分为正常对照组( 简称对照组) 和IDA 组。对照组饲喂正常饲料,IDA 组饲喂低铁饲料并辅以放血,20 d 后,IDA 模型成功。两组动物各处死8 只,计算脏器系数。再根据Hb 值,将剩余IDA 大鼠又分为硫酸亚铁观察组( 简称FeSO4 组) 、泡利芬观察组( 简称泡利芬组) 。分别饲喂在低铁饲料中加入FeSO4 和泡利芬的混合饲料,使二组饲料中含药物铁达到24 μg/g 。分别记录各鼠实验前、模型成功后、实验结束时Hb 及红细胞数(RBC) ,测定全血铁含量。计算泡利芬铁的生物利用率。贫血大鼠在给予泡利芬后,Hb 及RBC 均明显升高。到第20 d ,当FeSO4 组Hb 恢复到正常时,泡利芬组大鼠全血铁含量明显高于给药前( P< 0-01) ,并高于对照组及FeSO4 组( P< 0-05) ,泡利芬铁的相对生物利用率为108-5 % 。
To study the effect of Paulivudine iron on the recovery of whole blood iron and the relative bioavailability of iron in eligible adult iron deficiency anemia (IDA) rats. Experimental adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (control group) and IDA group. The control group was fed with normal feed. The IDA group was fed low iron diet supplemented with exsanguination. After 20 days, the IDA model was successful. Eight animals were sacrificed in each group and the organ coefficient was calculated. According to the Hb value, the remaining IDA rats were further divided into the ferrous sulfate observation group (abbreviated as FeSO4 group) and the Palipidene observation group (abbreviated as Pamifene group). The feeds containing FeSO4 and Pamifene were added to low-iron feeds, respectively, so that the iron content in the two diets reached 24 μg/g.
