应用细胞培养技术,在离体的正常和牙周病变根片上培养牙周膜细胞(PDLC),经24h和72h分别观察其各自的生长状态,并观察纤维粘连蛋白(FN)对细胞附着和生长的影响,通过细胞计数定量比较其附着和增殖程度的差异。结果显示,在离体的牙周病患牙根面上PDLC附着和增殖数量明显低于正常牙根面,细胞生长状态也较差;经FN作用后,其附着数量明显增加。进一步证实FN对PDLC确实是一种有效的促生长因子;此外,还提示FN的促附着和促增殖作用有所差异,表现在促附着效应更为显著
Periodontal ligament cells (PDLC) were cultured on normal and periodontal diseased roots in vitro by using cell culture technique. The growth of PDLC was observed at 24h and 72h respectively.
