本文应用经颅多普勒超声观察了兔急性颅内压增高后FVmca变化及其对脑自由基反应和病理解剖改变的影响。结果发现,ICP升高时,舒张期末流速(Vd)逐渐下降,当ICP达8.07kPa时,Vd消失。这种状态持续6小时,脑组织匀浆SOD及LPO和病理形态变化不明显;持续7~12小时,SOD下降,LPO升高,可见脑膜血管扩张;持续13~24小时,上述变化更明显.说明ICP升高可导致脑组织不完全性缺血和脑组织生化及病理改变.
In this paper, transcranial Doppler echocardiography was used to observe the changes of FVmca after acute intracranial pressure in rabbits and its effect on brain free radical reaction and pathological anatomy. The results showed that, when ICP increased, the end-diastolic flow rate (Vd) decreased gradually, and disappeared when ICP reached 8.07kPa. This state lasted 6 hours, SOD and LPO in brain homogenate and pathological changes were not obvious; continued for 7 to 12 hours, SOD decreased, LPO increased, showing vasodilation of meninges; sustained 13 to 24 hours, the change was more pronounced. That ICP can lead to incomplete brain ischemia and brain tissue biochemical and pathological changes.
