从激光系统、扫描系统和粉末系统对直接激光金属烧结参数进行了分析。数值模拟了金属粉末烧结温度场,并采用相场法模拟了熔池凝固过程,建立了激光烧结枝晶生长三维相场方程,为优化烧结参数而获得理想组织和性能的烧结件提供理论基础。
The direct laser metal sintering parameters were analyzed from laser system, scanning system and powder system. The temperature field of metal powder sintering was numerically simulated, and the phase field method was used to simulate the solidification process of the molten pool. The three-phase phase field equation of laser sintering dendrite growth was established, which provided a theoretical basis for optimizing the sintering parameters and obtaining the sintered structure with the ideal microstructure and properties.
