针对浅海埕岛油田的地质特征,研究适合海上的采油工艺,确定定向井采用二次抛物线中“直—增—稳”三段井身剖面;防砂工艺选用绕丝筛管砾石充填防砂、双层绕丝管防砂、不锈钢金属棉防砂三种防砂技术,产量稳定,含砂量小于0.01%,达到较理想的防砂效果;举升工艺采取自喷、螺杆泵、电潜泵相结合的方式,并设计了一套适合埕岛油田生产条件的生产管柱和配套工具;对毛细管测压技术和永久式电子测压技术也进行了详细介绍。上述工艺措施的实施,有效地提高油井产能,延长油井免修期,对其它浅海油田有一定的参考价值。
In view of the geological characteristics of Shallow Chengdao Oilfield, the oil recovery technology suitable for the sea is studied, and the section of “straight-increase-steady” three-section wellbore in the quadratic parabola is determined for the directional well. The capillary pressure measurement technology and the permanent electronic pressure measurement technology were also introduced in detail. The implementation of the above process measures can effectively improve the production capacity of oil wells and extend the oil-free period and provide some reference values for other shallow-sea oilfields.
