幼儿园保教质量的提高必须依靠管理水平和教研水平的提高。就一个城市的幼儿教育教研来说,从市到区(县)到幼儿园,存在一个三级教研共存现象。这三级教研之间既互相联系,又各具特点和相对独立。它们在教研的着眼点及组织形式、方法等方面均有相同的一面又有不同之处。在此,谈点个人肤浅的认识。首先来看看市一级的幼教教研。它的着眼点是通过教研带动全市幼儿教育质量的提高,因此,相对来说教研的范围比较大,属于宏观教研。它的组织形式主要有这样几种:
